Custom Baseball Uniforms & Team Apparel

Professional uniforms for clubs, schools, and organizations — built in the USA since 2011.

Made in the USA 3-Week Delivery No Minimum Order

Tired of baseball uniforms that fade under the sun, crack at the numbers, or fall apart at the knees after a few hard slides? At Hamco Sports Inc., our custom baseball uniforms are built from breathable, moisture-wicking performance polyester with reinforced flatlock stitching engineered to survive diving catches, base slides, and full outdoor seasons without losing shape or color.

Every design uses full dye sublimation: your team colors, logos, player names, and numbers are dyed directly into the fabric, not heat-pressed or screen-printed on top. Nothing peels. Nothing cracks. Nothing fades.

Sizing runs from youth through adult 3XL, with custom sizing available for hard-to-fit players. Each order is produced in a single run so colors and cuts match perfectly across your entire roster—no shade variation between a size Small and a 3XL.

Every order is digitally proofed before production. What you approve is exactly what ships. No surprises, no reprints, no wasted time.

Why HAMCO Baseball Uniforms Hold Up Where It Matters

Baseball wears uniforms down differently than every other sport. Pinstripes have to hold color through 60-game travel-ball summers. Knees take headfirst slides into infield clay every series. Button plackets get pulled in diving catches and backstop collisions. Throwing motion strains the shoulder seam across thousands of repetitions. Our build specs are tuned to all of that — not a generic "sports uniform" template stamped with your team name.

Dye-sublimated pinstripes stay crisp through machine wash and 95-degree day games. Custom sizing scales correctly from a 5-foot-2 leadoff hitter to a 6-foot-4 first baseman without breaking the proportions of the pant break or jersey hem. And our support team handles mid-season reorders, added pitchers in July, and Senior Day name additions without making your program start the design process over.

Hamco custom baseball uniforms aren’t just team apparel — they’re a statement of program identity that opposing teams, parents in the stands, and the umpires behind the plate read instantly.

Caring for Baseball Uniforms After Game Day

Baseball uniforms take more abuse than nearly any other sport’s gear — infield clay, batter’s box dirt, outfield grass stains, sliding marks, pine tar smears. Proper care after every game extends uniform life through the full schedule and protects your investment.

  • Pre-treat clay and grass stains within an hour of the game. Let infield clay or backstop dust set into polyester fibers and you’ve lost the battle. A pre-treat spray, then a cold-water wash within 24 hours, is the proven sequence.
  • Turn jerseys and pants inside out, cold water, mild detergent. Cold preserves sublimation ink; mild detergent (no chlorine bleach) protects pinstripe definition and seam stitching.
  • Skip the fabric softener. Softener coats moisture-wicking polyester and reduces sweat transfer — not what you want for a player standing in right field through nine innings in July.
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry. High heat shrinks polyester at sleeves and inseams and can warp screen-printed sponsor marks. Hanging is safest for pinstripe alignment.
  • Store completely dry. Wet uniforms left in a duffel breed mildew that’s nearly impossible to wash out. Air-dry first, then store flat or hung.

Stirrup socks: hand-wash separately the first 2–3 cycles to set the dye, then machine-wash with the kit. Wool varsity jackets: dry-clean only.

Matching the Right Baseball Uniform to Your Competitive Level

Baseball spans more competition tiers than almost any other team sport — from 6-year-old Tee-Ball to senior wood-bat amateur leagues to minor-league affiliates. Here’s how to match the right uniform type to your program:

Little League and Cal Ripken (Ages 5–12)

Youth uniforms cut for growing athletes — relaxed through the torso for batting stance comfort, easy-to-size waistbands for mid-season growth spurts. Names are often optional at this level; team-color uniformity matters more than individual personalization.

Babe Ruth, Junior Travel, and AAU (Ages 13–15)

Modernized fits with optional name+number, sponsor-mark placement on the chest, and durable construction that survives 60-game travel schedules. Most teams at this level order matching pants in either full-length or knicker style with stirrup pairing.

High School Varsity (NFHS-Sanctioned)

Uniforms meet NFHS Rule 1 numbering standards (back numbers 6–8 inches minimum, contrast color from the jersey background). Full uniforms typically include home (white or gray) and away (color) jerseys with matching pants. Names and numbers per NFHS spec, sanctioned-ready out of the bag.

Travel Ball, Perfect Game, and USSSA Showcases

Uniforms built for visibility and program identity at multi-team tournaments. Pro-grade construction so the kit looks fresh through bracket play. Coordinated bags, hoodies, and warmup pants strengthen the program’s visual impact at the showcase — we produce the entire visual kit in a single dye batch.

College Club, NCAA, and Adult Amateur

Premium materials and exact color matching for programs aligned to a school or municipal brand identity. Multi-jersey lineups (alternates, throwbacks, batting practice tops) supported by single-batch production for color consistency across the entire roster.

Day Game vs Night Game vs Dome

Daytime summer leagues demand lighter, breathable jersey fabric (~165 GSM range) for 95-degree first-pitch temperatures. Late-season night games benefit from layering — our quarter-zip batting pullovers and wind-shirt pullovers work as warm-up layers under the jersey. Dome and indoor-tournament programs can run heavier fabrics without the heat penalty.

Building uniforms for other diamond sports too? See our Custom Softball Uniforms (same dye-sub process, fastpitch-specific cuts). For other sports across your athletic department, explore Basketball, Football, Soccer, Lacrosse, and Volleyball. All uniforms meet NFHS standards and align with USA Baseball league norms for amateur and travel programs.

Baseball Programs We Outfit

Little League, Cal Ripken & Pony Baseball

Youth recreational programs ordering uniforms for 8- to 15-player rosters. We handle league-wide programs centrally so every team in your district can share a logo template while differentiating by team name and color. Reorder add-ons (new player joins in July) ship in 7–10 days at the same flat pricing.

High School Varsity Programs

Home/away sets meeting NFHS Rule 1 numbering. Coaches’ polos coordinated to the jersey lineup. Senior Day add-ons (player names embroidered on jersey backs) handled at the same flat pricing as the base team order.

Babe Ruth, AAU, and USSSA Travel Teams

A 40-to-60-game schedule built into the durability spec. Travel-ball programs playing 8–12 tournaments per summer get uniforms reinforced for the wear that constant wash cycles deliver. Reorder turnaround keeps up with mid-season roster moves.

Perfect Game and Recruiting Showcases

Programs sending players to high-visibility tournaments need pro-grade kits. Same dye batch across the entire roster (no shade variation between sizes), sponsor placement on chest, sleeve, or back, and same-week turnaround when a top-100 prospect commits the week of the event.

College Club and NCAA Programs

Exact-color brand matching for programs with strict identity guidelines. Multi-jersey lineups (alternates, throwbacks, batting practice tops) produced in single-batch runs so colors lock across the home, away, and BP lineup.

Adult Amateur, Senior, and Wood-Bat Leagues

Uniforms for 35+, 50+, and senior wood-bat leagues that play 25–40 games per season. Cut for adult fit profiles, with the same quality reinforcement as varsity-level kits because adult-league players still slide hard.

Fabric, Construction, and Performance Specs

Every custom baseball uniform we build is engineered for how baseball actually moves: stop-and-start innings, throwing motion at the shoulder, batting stance rotation, headfirst sliding into infield clay. Our spec sheets are tuned to that — not a generic athletic-apparel formula.

  • ~165 GSM 100% polyester moisture-wicking knit on game jerseys — light enough for 95-degree day games, heavy enough to hold pinstripe definition through repeated wash cycles.
  • ~220 GSM polyester double-knit pants with reinforced knee-patch density at slide-impact zones. Survives headfirst-slide repeats across a 60-game travel-ball summer.
  • Flatlock stitching at every stress point — placket, sleeve insertion, side seams, knee panels. Holds up under throw-motion strain and headfirst-slide abrasion.
  • Full dye-sublimation graphics on poly substrates — pinstripes, team logos, sponsor marks, and player names dyed into the fabric, not heat-pressed on top. Never cracks, peels, or fades.
  • Tackle twill name and number panels on pro-grade jerseys — sewn-on dimensional letters per NFHS Rule 1 numbering standards. Stays crisp through hundreds of wash cycles.
  • Athletic-cut tailoring with shoulder room for throwing motion and torso room for batting stance rotation. A left-handed batter’s lead arm doesn’t pull the jersey out of the pants on follow-through.
  • Stirrup-pant pairing — pants designed to break at the right point for traditional stirrup socks if your program runs the classic look.

Baseball-Specific Customization Options

Your custom baseball uniforms should look like your program — not a stock template with your name printed on it. We give you complete design control over every baseball-specific element:

  • Placket style: full-button (classic MLB look) or two-button henley (modern athletic). Both at the same flat pricing and same fabric spec.
  • Pinstripes: vertical (traditional), horizontal contrast bands (throwback Negro-League style), color-blocked panels, or no stripes at all. Pinstripe weight, spacing, and color all adjustable in the proof.
  • NFHS Rule 1 numbering: back numbers sized 8-inch minimum per high-school sanction, player name above the back number, team name across the front, sponsor marks on front-left or sleeve. Numbers in sewn-on tackle twill or sublimated.
  • Sleeve stripes and piping: single-color contrast piping at the placket and pants seams (classic college look) or double-stripe sleeve cuffs (throwback-major-league style).
  • Home and away sets: white-or-gray home jersey + colored away jersey, both ordered together so the color batch matches across the kit.
  • Coordinated pant lineup: full-length straight cut, ankle-length tapered cut, or traditional knicker length with stirrup-sock pairing — mix-and-match by player preference within the same order.
  • Throwback variants: vintage-flannel-look polyester, raglan-sleeve color blocking, and old-school 1940s-style chain-stitch front lettering all supported.

Because every design uses our permanent dye-sublimation process, there are no limits on color placement, pinstripe direction, gradient effects, or detail density. Your custom baseball jerseys will look exactly as designed — from the season opener through the championship.

What Sets HAMCO Apart for Baseball Programs

Every HAMCO baseball uniform is manufactured in the United States. We control every step — design, sublimation, cut, sew, quality inspection — in our own facility. That gives your program advantages no overseas vendor or stocked-blank reseller can match:

  • Same-Dye-Batch Production: your home jerseys, away jerseys, BP tops, and stirrup socks are produced in one continuous run. No shade variation between a Small and a 3XL. No second-batch reorder that comes back a slightly-different green.
  • Free Unlimited Mockup Revisions: change pinstripes, swap fonts, move sponsor placement, adjust shoulder striping — as many times as you need before production approval. No revision fees, no design-time charges.
  • No Minimum Order: outfit an 8-player travel squad or a 200-player college program — same process, same quality, same flat-rate pricing per item. Volume tiers (1–24, 25–50, 51–100, 101–500+) automatically drop the per-jersey price as your order grows.
  • Made in the USA: domestic production means about 3-week turnaround, direct quality control, and no customs delays. Rush production in 7–10 days is available for tournament and Senior Day deadlines.
  • Flat-Rate Per-Item Pricing: the price you see on the volume tier is the price you pay. No setup fees, no per-color upcharges, no surprise charges for tackle twill numbers or sublimated pinstripes at checkout.
  • NFHS Rule 1 Compliance: numbering spec, contrast requirements, and name-visibility standards verified during proof review. Your jerseys ship sanctioned-ready.
  • Stirrup-Pant Pairing in a Single Order: pants cut to the right break for traditional stirrup-sock styling, stirrup socks dyed to match the jersey color in the same batch. The kit looks unified head-to-toe.

Baseball Apparel FAQs

Everything you need to know about our custom uniforms

What's the difference between full-button and two-button baseball jerseys?

A full-button jersey has a traditional button-down placket running the full front — the classic MLB look. A two-button (henley) jersey has a short two-button placket at the collar and pulls over the head. Both use the same fabric, decoration, and flat pricing; the full-button reads most traditional, while the two-button is quicker on and off.

What pant lengths are available — full-length, knicker, or ankle-length?

All three. Full-length pants extend to the ankle in the traditional cut. Knicker-style ends below the knee and is worn with stirrup socks for the classic look. Ankle-length is a modern tapered fit. Each works with our standard baseball jersey lineup at the same flat pricing.

What's the minimum order quantity for custom baseball uniforms?

There's no minimum order. Order a single jersey for an individual player, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+) for lower per-item pricing. Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production is about three weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup, with production and shipping included. Rush production is available for season and tournament deadlines — contact us to confirm an expedited timeline. We provide tracking once your order ships.

How are baseball uniforms customized?

All four decoration methods are available: sublimation builds the base design, pinstripes, and side panels; tackle twill anchors the front team name and back number; embroidery delivers the chest crest and sleeve patches; and screen printing handles single-color sponsor marks. Numbers meet NFHS Rule 1 visibility standards. There's no per-color charge.

Can I order matching pants, jackets, and bags with my jerseys?

Yes — we keep your design on file so every piece color-locks. Pair your jerseys with matching pants, varsity or dugout jackets, batting pullovers, training shorts, polos, hoodies, and team bags. Order the coordinated uniform set together so the jersey and pants are produced in one run for perfect color match.
