Order Policies

Returns, Refunds, Warranty & Add-on Policies

HAMCO Sports Inc. does not offer returns or refunds on custom orders.

HAMCO Sports makes fully custom uniforms and apparel. Every order is customized and produced solely for the customer, team, or organization. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds for custom orders.

Terms and Conditions of Custom Orders

  • This is a non-refundable custom order.
  • Standard production turnaround time is 3 weeks (15 business days).
  • Rush production turnaround time is 10-12 business days.
  • By paying for this order, you are agreeing to our No Refund & No Returns policy.

We encourage our clients to carefully review their custom mockup before approving the final design. HAMCO Sports provides unlimited free revisions on all mockups. Once an order has been confirmed and placed, HAMCO Sports Inc. is not liable for any dissatisfaction with design elements that were approved in the mockup.

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds on Custom Orders

Sizing

Our sizing charts can be found at hamcospo.com/sizing-chart. Our products are made to the measurements on our sizing charts with a tolerance of +/-10%. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size. Please reference our sizing chart carefully before confirming your order.

Colors

The colors on your uniforms and apparel are selected using the Pantone color code specified in your approved designs. Every color may print slightly differently on fabric depending on the GSM, weight, and type of material. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for minor shade variations. Only obvious color mistakes (e.g., Navy instead of Sky Blue) will be eligible for a redo.

Designs & Graphics

The mockups we create for you are a detailed representation of the uniforms and apparel you will receive. We match your approved design as closely as possible, but minor variations may occur during production. Specific requirements such as placement, logo sizes, number positioning, and other design details must be confirmed in writing during the mockup approval process. We do not offer refunds for design issues that were approved in the final mockup.

Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 3 weeks (15 business days) from order confirmation to ship date. HAMCO Sports is not liable for shipping carrier delays. Turnaround time begins from the moment designs are approved, sizes/numbers are confirmed, and payment is received. If any required information is missing, turnaround time may be extended.

Rush production is available with turnaround as fast as 10 business days depending on order size and current production demand. While we take every measure to deliver your apparel on time, factors beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery. We do refund rush fees if a rush production order does not meet the agreed rush timeline.

Cancelled Orders

Production begins as soon as payment is received unless there is a prior written agreement. If an order is requested to be cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply to cover incurred expenses (printing, fabrics, designs, labor, etc.).

Return Policy

Any problems with items that may qualify for a redo or credit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. This includes issues regarding design errors, misspelled names, missing items, or items with manufacturing defects such as rips or tears.

Visual evidence (photos) of the issue must be provided for all claims. Replacement items typically take 15 business days to be produced and shipped after the issue has been investigated and a redo order has been placed.

Warranty

HAMCO Sports Inc. provides a 90-day warranty on all custom uniforms and apparel from the date of delivery. If your item has manufacturing defects such as rips, tears, or print failures during normal use, we will replace it free of charge with proper documentation including photos.

After 90 days, HAMCO Sports Inc. is no longer liable for any damage or wear-related issues on your apparel.

Policy for Add-on Orders

  • 25% surcharge for add-on orders under 10 pieces if the client has previously ordered 10+ pieces.
  • 40% surcharge for orders under 10 pieces if the client has not previously ordered at least 10 pieces.
  • Add-on production time is 3 weeks.

Policy for Rush Orders

Minimum rush order fee is $250 or 20%, whichever is higher. Rush turnaround is 10 business days from the day the order is confirmed (1 business day after payment is received). If the rush order is not shipped within the agreed rush timeline, the rush fee is fully refunded.
