Production, Delivery & Shipping Information

HAMCO Sports Inc. ships all custom orders from the United States.
All uniforms and apparel are manufactured in our USA facility and shipped directly to your door via trusted carriers.
Turnaround time is defined as the time from order confirmation to ship date. Order confirmation requires all three of the following to be completed:
If any of the above is incomplete, production cannot begin and turnaround time may be extended.

Production time may vary depending on order size, type of apparel, current production demand, and customization complexity. We will communicate any expected delays before they affect your order.
HAMCO Sports primarily ships via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The shipping method depends on order size, destination, and delivery requirements.

Note: Shipping transit time is separate from production turnaround time. Total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping costs will be communicated to you before payment is finalized. HAMCO Sports may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly through the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping time and costs, which will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
HAMCO Sports ships to Canada and select international destinations. For international orders, please note:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, produce replacement items at no additional cost.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier facility first. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. HAMCO Sports is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it at the customer's expense.
Risk of loss and title of items purchased passes to the customer upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large orders. If your delivery address is a P.O. Box, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
