Custom Lacrosse Jerseys & Uniforms

Boys' and girls' lacrosse jerseys, reversible pinnies, kilts, and sideline gear cut for 8U youth through NCAA Division I rosters, made in the USA since 2011.

Made in the USA 3-Week Delivery No Minimum Order

Shoulder pads trapping heat under a tight jersey by the second quarter. Stick checks shredding the sleeve seam by April. Sublimated numbers cracking around a goalie's chest protector after eight wash cycles. Lacrosse coaches who have outfitted two seasons know exactly which failure modes drain a budget. Our custom lacrosse uniforms are built with 200 to 220 GSM stretch mesh polyester, reinforced shoulder yoke seams, and full sublimation that fuses color directly into the fiber, so names and numbers do not peel, fade, or curl through a full spring season of stick-checking and groundball dives.

Every cut on the line is patterned for actual lacrosse bodies. The boys' game jersey sits properly over shoulder pads without binding the shooting motion. The women's game jersey runs a lighter 180 GSM with a women's-specific yoke pattern, not a unisex sized down. Reversible mesh pinnies use single-layer construction so dye holds on both sides. Goalie cuts get the extra room a chest protector and throat guard demand. Shooting shirts layer cleanly under a game jersey for warm-up.

When you are managing a 25 to 40 player roster, mid-March tryout dates, mid-season replacements, and the budget approvals that go with it, you need consistent sizing and production you can count on. Every order ships with no minimum, free 12-hour digital mockups, volume tier pricing (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, 101-500+), free US shipping, and about a three-week production timeline from approved mockup to delivered uniforms. Build your roster set below and explore the full HAMCO custom uniform catalog if your athletic department runs more than one sport.

Our Lacrosse Uniform Quality Guarantee

Every custom lacrosse jersey, reversible pinnie, kilt, and sideline piece we ship is backed by a written commitment to your program:

Pre-ship inspection: Every game jersey, shooting shirt, reversible pinnie, kilt, skort, and sideline piece is individually checked for flatlock seam integrity, sublimation accuracy, and roster-sheet sizing before it leaves Hamco.

Design-match guarantee: If any piece ships off-color, with wrong crest placement, or with a misnumbered jersey from your approved digital proof, we re-cut and re-ship at no cost.

Defect replacement: Blown seams, sublimation misprints, or fabric flaws caught within 14 days of delivery get a free replacement with no return runaround.

Same-dye-batch consistency: Every piece in your order runs in one production pass, so jersey number 1 matches jersey number 25 in dye-shade, fit, and finish. No mismatched royal blues showing up in the second quarter.

Why Hamco Lacrosse Uniforms Mean Quality

A boys' varsity team in Maryland runs a Saturday tournament at the start of April. Three games in a single day, ground-ball scrums, slashing checks, body checks at the offensive crease. Sunday is a recovery practice. Tuesday is a road dual that ends with a slide-and-recover drill on a turf-pellet field. By Wednesday morning, a cheap game jersey is bagged out at the shoulder yoke, the crest is curling, and the back number has lifted from a single stick-check pull.

Hamco builds for that week. Our boys' game jersey runs 200 to 220 GSM stretch mesh polyester with flatlock seams at the shoulder, sleeve cap, and side. The shoulder yoke clears pad bulk during the windup shot without binding. The women's game jersey uses a lighter 180 GSM with a women's-specific yoke pattern, not a unisex sized down. Reversible mesh pinnies use single-layer construction with 1-method sublimation that holds on both sides (a trick most volume printers cannot pull off cleanly on a reversible). Shooting shirts layer under the game jersey for spring warm-ups without bulk.

Every cut on the line is patterned for actual lacrosse bodies. Attackmen get jerseys that stay locked under crosse checks. Middies get breathable cuts that survive a 90-yard transition without clinging. Long-stick midfielders get sleeve cap room for a sweeping check motion. Goalies get extra chest-area clearance for the chest protector and the throat guard. Kilts and skorts come in proper women's-pattern proportions with the pleat structure NCAA WCLA programs run.

Care Instructions for Lacrosse Uniforms

Lacrosse gear absorbs grass stains, turf-rubber pellets, sweat, and the occasional blood spot from a stick-check that caught skin. Polyester sublimation handles tougher chemistry than cotton, but smart laundry habits double how long the gear stays sharp:

  • Grass stains from groundball scrums: Pre-treat with a 50/50 cold water and white vinegar soak for fifteen minutes, then run a cold-cycle wash. Hot water sets the chlorophyll into polyester fiber.
  • Turf-rubber pellets: Brush loose pellets off the jersey before the laundry basket. Pellets that go through the wash cycle bind to the seams and shorten elastic-waistband life. A cold-water rinse before the regular wash clears most of them.
  • Slide and recover dirt on the shoulder yoke: A defensive midfielder hits the turf chest-first multiple times per practice. Pre-treat the shoulder yoke before every wash with an enzymatic spray.
  • Blood stains from stick-check cuts: Cold water rinse within 24 hours, never hot water (hot sets the iron in blood permanently into polyester). Hydrogen peroxide on a cotton swab lifts old blood without bleaching the sublimation underneath.
  • Wash cycle: Cold water, inside out, mild detergent, gentle cycle. No bleach, no fabric softener (softener coats the wicking fibers and kills the wicking).
  • Drying: Hang dry or tumble on low. Hot dryer cycles shrink the sleeve length over time on the boys' jersey and shorten elastic-waistband life on the kilt and the skort.
  • Storage between tournaments: Fully dry before bagging. A damp jersey sealed in a stick bag for two days grows mildew that no wash fully recovers.

Sublimated dye is locked into the polyester fiber, not sitting on the surface like screen print. Crests, names, and back numbers survive a full spring season of dual meets, tournaments, and the daily wash cycle that lacrosse demands without peeling or fading.

Lacrosse Competition Level Matcher

Hamco outfits programs at every level of the boys' and girls' lacrosse ladder. Pick your tier and we already know the league-rule constraints, sizing range, and seasonal production timeline that comes with it:

  • 8U & 10U Youth (US Lacrosse Athlete Development Model): Youth-cut jerseys, oversized numbering for parent visibility from the sideline, simple two-color sublimation, soft-edge shoulder yoke for sensitive skin.
  • 12U & 14U Travel Club Lacrosse: Roster-sheet sizing across YS through AM, premium 200 GSM jerseys, matching reversible practice pinnies, kilt or skort option for the girls' programs, dye-batch coordination across age divisions in one order.
  • 16U & 18U Travel & HS Varsity (NFHS Boys, USA Lacrosse Women's Field Rules): NFHS Rule 1 boys' compliance, USA Lacrosse women's rule compliance, contrasting home/away color sets, school-mascot embroidery on bomber jackets and full-zip hoodies for travel.
  • NCAA Division I, II, III & NAIA (Men's & Women's): Full coordinated sets across home and away jerseys, conference-mandated patch placement (ACC, Ivy League, Patriot League, ECAC, MAC, Atlantic 10), post-season rush production for NCAA Final Four runs in May.
  • MCLA & WCLA (Men's College Club & Women's College Club): Club-college level matching across home, away, and travel. Player-name personalization, sponsor patches on the chest and shoulder.
  • PLL (Premier Lacrosse League) feeder programs & pro-development summer programs: Adult-pro cuts, individual sponsor placement, advanced sublimation art for streamed broadcasts at events like Lake Placid Summit Classic and Vail Lacrosse Shootout.
  • NLL (National Lacrosse League / Box Lacrosse) youth feeder programs: Heavier-weight game jerseys for indoor box lacrosse with full-contact body wear. Different cut from field lacrosse, heavier abrasion zones.
  • Adult club & masters lacrosse: Adult-comfort fits, generous arm and torso room over compression sleeves and braces, two-piece options for masters players.

One order, one production run, no MOQ, free 12-hour mockup turnaround. From the 8U youth program in Towson to the NCAA Division I roster in Charlottesville, the same Hamco line covers it.

Lacrosse Programs We Outfit

Lacrosse has a layered governing-body and sanctioning map across boys' and girls', youth and college, field and box. Hamco has shipped to programs under every one of these:

  • USA Lacrosse — the national governing body recognized by the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee. Publishes the women's field rules and supports youth, HS, college, and adult-club programs. See the official site at usalacrosse.com.
  • NFHS — high school boys' lacrosse rule authority across most states (note: girls' lacrosse uses USA Lacrosse Women's Field Rules, not NFHS). NFHS Rule 1 covers boys' jersey numbering and equipment specs. Full rule resource at nfhs.org boys lacrosse rules.
  • NCAA Lacrosse — Division I, II, III, NAIA, NJCAA, both men's and women's. Conference-specific jersey color and patch rules apply (ACC, Ivy League, Patriot League, Big Ten, Atlantic 10, ECAC, MAC).
  • MCLA (Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association) — men's college club lacrosse. National championship in May.
  • WCLA (Women's Collegiate Lacrosse Association) — women's college club lacrosse. WCLA National Championship.
  • PLL (Premier Lacrosse League) — the top men's pro field lacrosse league. Hamco-built feeder-program sets are designed with PLL-aspiring athletes in mind.
  • NLL (National Lacrosse League) — the top men's pro box (indoor) lacrosse league. Heavier-weight game jerseys for the full-contact indoor game.
  • Athletes Unlimited Lacrosse & pro women's circuits — women's pro lacrosse post-college continuation.
  • US Club Lacrosse / Travel club circuits — the dense national travel-club network covering 12U through 18U, especially heavy in Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia, and California.
  • Prep school circuits (Choate, Hotchkiss, Salisbury, Phillips Exeter, Phillips Andover, Loyola Blakefield, Boys' Latin, Calvert Hall, Gilman, McDonogh): The Inter-Ac and MIAA circuits run the highest-density HS lacrosse in the country. Coordinated prep-school home and away sets, traditional crest embroidery, sublimated body designs.

Tell us the league or association your program competes under, and we already know the rule-set (NFHS boys vs USA Lacrosse women), the number-size constraint, the patch-placement rule, and the seasonal production timeline that comes with it.

Lacrosse Fabric & Performance Specs

Coaches who pay attention to spec sheets ask the right questions. Here is what is actually inside a Hamco lacrosse jersey, kilt, and sideline piece:

  • Boys' game jersey: 200 to 220 GSM stretch mesh polyester. Flatlock seams at the shoulder, sleeve cap, and side panel. Sublimated front crest, sleeve numbers, back numbers. Cut to clear shoulder pads and arm pads during the shooting motion.
  • Women's game jersey: 180 GSM lighter stretch knit with a women's-specific yoke pattern. Tapered hip cut. Same sublimation method as the boys' jersey, lower fabric weight for the faster transition game.
  • Goalie cut: 240 GSM heavier weight with extra chest-area clearance for the chest protector and throat guard. Sleeve cap room for the goalie's lateral arm sweep on stick saves.
  • Reversible practice pinnie: Single-layer 200 GSM mesh polyester with 1-method sublimation on both sides. Open mesh weave wicks heat fast for warm-day drills. Cannot anchor twill or embroidery (the mesh structure is too open).
  • Shooting shirt (long-sleeve under-layer): 160 GSM lightweight polyester worn under the game jersey for warm-up. Some teams keep it on through the game in cooler weather.
  • Lacrosse short: 200 GSM stretch poly with reinforced waistband, elastic-and-drawstring closure, side seam pockets, mesh side vents for heat dissipation.
  • Lacrosse skort & kilt: Women's-pattern construction. Skort has built-in compression short underneath. Kilt is the traditional pleated cut, ~220 GSM stretch knit, NCAA WCLA-compliant. Built-in shorts under both for slide protection.
  • Compression short underlayer: 180 GSM stretch interlock, optional padded hip panels for serious sliders.
  • Sideline full-zip hoodie, pullover, quarter-zip, track jacket, windbreaker, sweatpant, jogger: 280 GSM 60/40 poly-cotton fleece sideline line. Sublimated graphics or embroidered chest logo with twill name patch. Dye-batch matched to your jersey colors.
  • Backpack and cinch bag: Stick-compartment sized backpack for full crosse storage. Cinch bag for shoes, gloves, and gear.
  • Bucket hat: Women's-program signature piece for sun coverage during long spring practices. Sublimated brim and crown.

Sublimation locks the dye into the polyester fiber. After 50+ wash cycles a Hamco jersey looks closer to new than a screen-print top would after 10. The pad-compatible shoulder yoke and the women's-specific kilt pattern are the small details that separate a real lacrosse supplier from a generic sublimation shop.

Lacrosse Customization Options

Every piece we build is fully customizable, from the sublimation art down to the patch placement:

  • Boys' jersey numbering (NFHS Rule 1): Numbers a minimum 8 inches tall on the back, 4 inches on the front, in a color that contrasts the jersey body. Numbers 1-99 plus 0 and 00 allowed.
  • Girls' jersey numbering (USA Lacrosse Women's Field Rules): Numbers minimum 8 inches on the back and 6 inches on the front, contrasting color, single or double digits 0-99.
  • Player names: Last name above the back number on jerseys at HS varsity through NCAA. Most youth programs allow but do not require personalization.
  • Reversible pinnie color combinations: Light/dark, school colors with contrast, or two complete color schemes. Single-layer construction means both sides hold equal sublimation quality.
  • Boys' vs women's cut: Boys' jerseys at 200-220 GSM with pad-compatible yoke clearance. Women's jerseys at 180 GSM with women's-specific yoke pattern. Both sublimated identically.
  • Skort vs kilt vs shorts: Women's programs choose skort (skirt + built-in short), kilt (traditional pleated), or shorts. NCAA programs typically run skort or kilt. Youth programs typically run shorts or skort.
  • Goalie cut customization: Heavier 240 GSM, extra chest-area clearance, sleeve cap room. Specify "goalie cut" at order entry.
  • Color matching: Provide a PMS code or a sample swatch and our art team matches it. Same-dye-batch coordination across jerseys, shorts, kilts, pinnies, hoodies, and bags is standard, not an upcharge.
  • Sublimation art: Unlimited colors, gradients, photo-realistic art, and patterns. Sublimation is dye-into-fiber, so complex art does not cost more per piece.

If your association or conference has a uniform-rule constraint Hamco has not seen, send the rule book and our compliance team confirms compatibility before the mockup goes out.

What Makes Hamco Custom Lacrosse Uniforms Different

Coaches comparing custom lacrosse uniform vendors usually evaluate on three axes. Quality of the actual fabric. Pattern fit across the full size range from 8U youth to heavyweight Adult. And whether the supplier still exists in three seasons.

Hamco has been cutting and stitching custom team uniforms in the USA since 2011. The same Hamco team that built our first lacrosse jersey for a Maryland youth program in 2012 still builds the jerseys shipping out today. No offshore vanishing-act, no rebranding, no resold drop-shipping. The supply chain is a real factory floor.

Every cut on the Hamco lacrosse line is patterned for actual lacrosse bodies. The boys' shoulder yoke clears pad bulk during the windup shot. The women's-pattern jersey uses proper women's proportions, not a unisex sized down. The reversible pinnie uses single-layer construction with 1-method sublimation that holds on both sides without bleed-through. Goalie cuts get the chest-area clearance a chest protector and throat guard demand. Kilts come in proper NCAA WCLA-compliant proportions.

Same-dye-batch consistency means jersey #1 in your order matches jersey #25 in the exact dye shade, every time. Most volume printers cannot promise that. Hamco builds it into every order because mismatched royal blues showing up at the dual-meet line is the kind of complaint that costs reorders.

No minimum order. Free digital mockup within 12 hours. Volume pricing tiers at 1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+ pieces. Free shipping anywhere in the United States. About a three-week production timeline from approved mockup to delivered uniforms. Real US-based phone and email support, not an offshore chatbot.

Hamco outfits programs across every team sport, not just lacrosse. If your athletic department also runs baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, softball, wrestling, ice hockey, rugby, or flag football, the same Hamco team builds those too, with the same sublimated quality, the same no-MOQ policy, and the same USA-made supply chain.

Sizing, Fit & Comfort Over Pads

Find the perfect fit for your team

Ordering uniforms online for 25-40 players and hoping everything fits over pads is a gamble most coaches have lost before. We eliminate that.

Custom Sizing Available: Beyond standard men's, women's, and youth cuts, we offer custom sizing per player. From your smallest youth to your biggest defenseman, every uniform fits the actual player wearing it--not just a size chart.

Roster-Wide Consistency: Sizing is controlled across your entire order so a men's large fits the same on every player who wears one. No random variations. No mid-season reorders because half the batch runs small.

Built to Fit Over Gear: Jerseys are cut to sit properly over shoulder pads, chest protectors, and rib guards without excess fabric bunching or riding up during play.

Every order includes free mockups so you can confirm fit and design before production starts.

Lacrosse Uniform FAQs

Everything you need to know about our custom lacrosse uniforms

What's the difference between the boys' game jersey and the women's game jersey?

The boys' game jersey runs 200-220 GSM stretch mesh polyester with a shoulder yoke patterned to clear shoulder pads and arm pads during the windup shot. The women's game jersey runs a lighter 180 GSM with a women's-specific yoke pattern and tapered hip cut, not a unisex sized down. Both use the same sublimation method and the same flat pricing. Goalie cut available on either at 240 GSM with extra chest-area clearance for the chest protector and throat guard.

Do your lacrosse jerseys meet NFHS Rule 1 (boys) and USA Lacrosse Women's Field Rules?

Yes. Boys' NFHS Rule 1 requires numbers a minimum of 8 inches on the back, 4 inches on the front, contrasting color, numbers 0-99 plus 00. USA Lacrosse Women's Field Rules require numbers minimum 8 inches on the back, 6 inches on the front, contrasting color. When you specify your association during the mockup round, we auto-validate every roster number against the right rule set and flag anything that would fail referee inspection before production starts. NCAA, MCLA, and WCLA rules align closely with these specs.

Reversible mesh pinnies: do you use single-layer or double-layer construction?

Single-layer 200 GSM mesh polyester with 1-method sublimation on both sides. Double-layer pinnies trap heat and triple the weight. Our single-layer construction lets the design hold equally well on both sides without bleed-through, and the open mesh weave wicks heat fast for warm-day drills. Cannot anchor twill or embroidery (the mesh structure is too open), so sublimation only on a reversible.

Skort vs kilt vs shorts: what does the women's lacrosse rule book actually require?

USA Lacrosse Women's Field Rules permit kilts, skorts, and shorts as long as the cut covers properly and the color complies with home/away contrast rules. NCAA WCLA programs typically run kilt or skort. HS varsity women's programs typically run skort (skirt + built-in compression short). Youth programs typically run shorts or skort. All three are available at the same flat pricing with built-in compression underlayer on skort and kilt.

What's your minimum order quantity for custom lacrosse uniforms?

There is no minimum order. Order a single replacement jersey for a player called up mid-season, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+ pieces) for lower per-piece pricing on a full travel-club program with multiple age divisions. Free US shipping is included on every order, regardless of size.

How long does production take, and is there a rush option for NCAA Final Four or club nationals?

Standard production is about three weeks from final design approval, with production and free US shipping included. Rush production is available for NCAA Final Four, NHSCA Nationals, Lake Placid Summit Classic, Vail Lacrosse Shootout, MCLA Nationals, and WCLA Nationals. Contact us with your tournament date and we'll confirm an expedited timeline. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
