The training shorts run a lacrosse-appropriate inseam — typically 9 to 11 inches depending on size — with an elastic waistband and internal drawcord for a secure fit, plus breathable mesh panels in high-heat zones. They're offered in a standard or more athletic (slimmer) cut; exact measurements are in our size chart, and we can adjust the inseam during production at no extra cost.
