Free shipping is included on every US order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes and youth/adult combinations are welcome within a single order at no extra cost.

Yes — unlike our pocketless game shorts, the training shorts include side pockets for mouthguards, keys, or a phone during walkthroughs, conditioning, and off-field travel. They're built as a practice and warm-up short rather than a live-contact game short, so the pockets are a standard feature, not a contact liability. If your team prefers a pocketless version for a specific use, we can produce that on request.
The training shorts run a lacrosse-appropriate inseam — typically 9 to 11 inches depending on size — with an elastic waistband and internal drawcord for a secure fit, plus breathable mesh panels in high-heat zones. They're offered in a standard or more athletic (slimmer) cut; exact measurements are in our size chart, and we can adjust the inseam during production at no extra cost.
Training shorts are the pocketed practice-and-warm-up short with mesh panels. The game shorts are the pocketless on-field short built for live contact, and the compression shorts are a snug poly-spandex base layer worn underneath. Many programs order training shorts for daily practice and game shorts for competition, color-matched to the same team colorway.
