Basketball runs 160 to 180 GSM air-mesh polyester for vertical air-flow. Softball game pants run 220 GSM performance polyester. Wrestling singlets run 92/8 poly-spandex for four-way stretch. Every sport gets the weight and weave it actually needs, not a generic catch-all fabric.
Full dye sublimation builds the base design and side panels. Tackle twill, embroidery and screen printing are added where the garment calls for them, because we choose the method for each garment. Sublimated names, numbers and logos are included; tackle twill is $5 per name and $5 per number; your quote shows the price for embroidery and screen printing.
Men’s, women’s and youth cuts, with adult sizes from XS to 4XL and youth sizes from YS to YXL. Need something outside the chart? We make custom sizes to your players’ own measurements, and sizes between two chart sizes cost nothing extra.

Yes, no minimum. Order one reversible basketball jersey for an individual AAU player, one replacement wrestling singlet for a starter coming back from injury, or scale up through our volume tiers (1 to 24, 25 to 50, 51 to 100, 101 to 500-plus pieces) for lower per-item pricing on a full multi-age program. Free U.S. shipping is included on every order, regardless of size.
A team's first HAMCO order of $5,000 or more gets $500 off. We take the $500 off your quote total at your normal tier prices, once, on that first order. Orders under $5,000 don't get the $500, but they still get no minimum, a free mockup and free shipping anywhere in the USA. Bring your sport, colors and headcount when you ask for your quote, and the $500 is applied at the quoting stage if your order qualifies.

Softball: 140 to 160 GSM jerseys (160 to 180 GSM with tackle twill) and 220 GSM performance polyester pants.
