We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and details of our custom sports uniforms and apparel as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors and appearance of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, screen resolution, lighting conditions, and the nature of sublimation printing on different fabric types.

Product mockups and design renderings are representations of the final product and are not exact reproductions. Minor variations in color shading, placement, and print quality may occur during the manufacturing process. These variations are inherent in custom sublimated apparel production and do not constitute defects.

Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on this Site are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. HAMCO Sports Inc. reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are produced specifically for the customer based on approved designs and specifications. As stated in our Refund Policy, custom orders are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design mockups, sizes, player names, numbers, and other details before production begins.

HAMCO Sports Inc. is not responsible for errors in customer-provided information, including but not limited to incorrect names, numbers, sizes, or design specifications that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Turnaround & Delivery Times

Production and delivery timelines provided on this Site are estimates based on standard operating conditions. While we commit to a 3-week standard turnaround, actual timelines may vary due to factors including but not limited to order volume, complexity of customization, availability of materials, and shipping carrier delays.

HAMCO Sports Inc. is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS), customs processing for international orders, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product designs, and software, is the property of HAMCO Sports Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Customer-Submitted Materials
