Because the panels are high-polyester, they take full dye-sublimation — the team colorway, color-blocking, and patterns are fused permanently into the panels and brim and never crack, peel, or fade. An embroidered logo or monogram is also available on the front crown for a dimensional raised finish. Sewn-on tackle twill and screen printing are skipped on the bucket hat — sewn felt is bulky on a soft curved crown and screen ink does not lay evenly over an unstructured panel. All decoration is included in the per-hat price with no setup fees.
