Custom Wrestling Singlets

They're designed to the NFHS singlet cut (Rule 4-1-1): one-piece, with no buttons, zippers, snaps or other hard hardware, and sublimated decoration with no raised finish. NCAA and USA Wrestling rules are similar, but your state association, conference or event sets the final rules, so check before you order and tell us any extra requirements during the mockup.

Wrestling singlets size by chest measurement (not body weight), so a wrestler in the 132-lb weight class and a wrestler in the 220-lb weight class can both be sized correctly even though their weight classes are very different. The full size run goes Youth YS through Adult 4XL — see the size guide above for the chest-measurement ranges per size code, and order whatever combination of sizes the roster needs in one mixed order at the same per-singlet tier price. For NFHS dual meets, both teams need a clear dark / light visual contrast so officials can call holds, points, and stalemates cleanly — most programs handle this by ordering two singlet runs in coordinated colorways (e.g., a primary navy singlet and a contrasting white or light-gray alternate), and the team designated as "visitor" wears the light singlet on dual day. We can make both colorways in-house at the same per-singlet tier price.

The singlet is the competition garment — it wrestles. The matching warmup jacket and warmup pants are the sideline coordination layer — what the team wears walking into the venue, during weigh-ins, between rounds, and on the bench. All three pieces are made in-house from one color file, so the singlet, the matching full-zip warmup jacket and the matching full-length warmup pants carry the same team colors. Programs that run a unified look for tournament-day venue arrivals typically pair the singlet with the warmup jacket (full-zip or quarter-zip) and a warmup pant (full-length, tear-away, or jogger) at the same time. Decoration carries across: sublimation on the singlet (NFHS Rule 4-1-1 flat finish), and the full 4-method menu (sublimation + tackle twill + embroidery + screen printing) on the woven-shell warmup jacket and warmup pant since those carry stable fabric that holds sewn-on decoration.

Free shipping is included on every US order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes are welcome within a single order at no extra cost — Youth YS through Adult 4XL all ship together at the same per-singlet tier price, so a roster spanning multiple weight classes orders as one combined run.

One decoration method on wrestling singlets: full sublimation dye-fused into the 92/8 poly-spandex knit. Tackle twill, embroidery, and screen printing aren't run on singlets — the constant stretch of the knit causes sewn-on patches to crack and raised stitching to pucker, and any raised finish becomes an abrasion concern during full-contact ground work under NFHS Rule 4-1-1.
