The Velcro waistband closure replaces the elastic waistband of a traditional athletic short — it locks the fit through takedowns and scrambles without a rigid waistband digging in during ground positions. Decoration is sublimation plus screen printing only: sublimation dye-fuses team colors across both the woven body and the stretch panels (works on every surface), and screen printing handles bold single-color school logos on the woven body panels (back yoke, side leg).
