Duffle bag is the full 50-liter team-day kit — separate compartments, dedicated shoe pocket, room for warmup top + warmup pant + singlet + competition shoes + headgear + post-match change of clothes for a full tournament weekend. Gear bag is the mid-size bag for daily-practice gear (shoes + headgear + lifting clothes) without the bulk of the full tournament duffle. Most programs run cinch bags as the day-of-tournament shoe carrier inside the duffle, and the duffle stays in the bus or locker room until needed.
