Typical contents: one or two singlets (per dual / per match if cycling colors), warmup jacket and warmup pants for venue arrival, wrestling shoes (NOT cleats — wrestlers wear flat-sole indoor mat shoes), headgear, knee pad, mouthguard case, towel, water bottle, and a change of clothes for after the last match. The shoe compartment isolates sweaty wrestling shoes from clean apparel so the singlets and warmups don't pick up shoe odor over a long tournament day. End-pocket and side pockets hold tape, athletic tape scissors, hair ties, and small loose items.

Gear bag is the mid-size daily-practice carrier (shoes + headgear + lifting clothes) without the bulk of the full tournament duffle. Most programs run the duffle as the primary travel bag — the cinch nests inside for venue use, the gear bag stays in the locker room for daily practice.

Fabric stability is the difference. The duffle is built on 600D heavy-duty poly canvas — woven, structured, ~400-450 GSM — that holds its shape and doesn't flex with wear the way stretch knits do. That stable body holds sewn-on tackle twill flat against the canvas, lets embroidery thread sit flush without puckering, and gives screen-printed graphics a non-moving surface that doesn't crack the ink. Sublimation also works because the canvas is high-polyester — dye-fuses into the fibers permanently. The singlet and compression shorts run on poly-spandex stretch knit that flexes constantly during ground work, so they limit to sublimation only (sewn-on methods crack and pucker; screen-print chips). The duffle's stable canvas removes all those constraints — every decoration method works cleanly on the front, side, and end-pocket panels.
