Reversible soccer jersey is a full double-layer jersey with two complete sublimated kits in one piece — ordered when the bib feels too thin and the club wants the substance of a real jersey for scrimmages and league matches. Reversible soccer uniform set adds matching reversible shorts to the jersey — ordered when the club needs true two-color separation across both top AND bottom for mixed-team scrimmages where bibs alone wouldn't clarify teams. Most programs run bibs for daily training drills, reversible jerseys/uniforms for scheduled scrimmages and dual-color league play.

Tackle twill, embroidery, and screen printing aren't offered on this product because they're mechanically incompatible with the lightweight high-airflow mesh construction. Tackle twill is sewn through the fabric — on ~100-120 GSM mesh the stitching would tear the mesh under repeated wear and pull the bib out of shape. Embroidery has the same problem: the bobbin tension distorts the mesh structure and creates pucker around the stitching. Screen-print ink doesn't bond reliably with high-airflow mesh because the open weave doesn't give the ink enough surface area to cure. Sublimation is the only decoration method engineered for lightweight mesh: the dye is heat-set directly into the polyester fiber before the bib is even constructed, so colors and logos live inside the fiber itself with zero impact on weight, airflow, or mesh integrity. Reversible bib variants require both faces to be sublimated before bonding, so sublimation is also the only method that supports the dual-color construction.

Reversible bibs (two colors in one piece, flippable inside-out) make sense for programs running two-sided drills regularly — clubs that split the same group into teams A and B during most training sessions, or coaches who want to switch team assignments mid-drill without players changing equipment. Single-side bibs make sense for programs that have multiple distinct training groups (different age groups in different colors) or that use bibs as a permanent player identifier (e.g., GK in a distinct color, captain or fitness-coach in another). The reversible variant costs roughly the same as ordering two single-side bibs in different colors and stores in half the kit-bag space, so most clubs default to reversible unless they have a specific reason to keep colors separate.
