Custom Soccer Standard Uniforms

The standard uniform set (this product) is a single-side game-day kit — jersey and matching shorts in one finished design, ordered when the club has a single primary identity for the season and wants the cleanest match-day presentation. Standard sets also carry the full decoration menu including tackle twill raised player numbers on the jersey back at the USSF 8-inch minimum and embroidered crests on the chest panel. The reversible uniform set is the double-layer flip version with two complete sublimated kits in one piece — ordered when the club needs true home/away color separation for scrimmages with mixed teams or dual-color competitions. Reversibles are sublimation-only by construction (tackle twill and embroidery can't be applied to a two-face garment), so clubs that want raised player numbers should choose standard sets. Most programs order standard sets for the primary kit and add reversible sets later as a secondary scrimmage option.

The standard uniform set ships with the crew/round-neck jersey as the default — the most common match-day collar across MLS academies, USYS travel programs, and recreational leagues, with a clean structured neckline that works for youth and adult rosters alike. We can swap the jersey collar style on the same set price: choose the v-neck for a deeper-cut warm-weather option that moves more air across the chest, or the polo style with button placket for the coach/staff identity layer that reads more refined on travel days. Just specify your preferred collar at the design stage and we'll route the design through the matching jersey template. The shorts stay the same regardless of jersey collar choice.

Sublimation handles the full color story across both pieces — primary team colors, contrast shoulder panels on the jersey, side stripes on the shorts, gradients and patterns — all dye-fused so the colors live inside the polyester itself. Tackle twill goes on the jersey back as raised stitched player numbers at the USSF-aligned 8-inch minimum height; tackle twill isn't typically applied to the shorts. Embroidery anchors the club crest on the jersey chest panel and can run along the shorts hem if you want a matching detail. Screen printing handles opaque sponsor marks on jersey sleeve cuffs and across secondary placements on either piece. Mixed sizes are welcome within a single order at no extra cost — youth YS to YXL and adult XS to 4XL all ship together at one flat per-set price.

Standard production time is 2-4 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping.
