Custom Soccer Reversible Jerseys

The reversible jersey (this product) is a single double-layer top with two fully sublimated kits. Order it when the club has one set of shorts that works for both home and away and you only need the top to flip. The reversible uniform set is the same top paired with a matching reversible short — order that one when you want true two-color separation across the full kit for scrimmages where mixed teams need clear visual sides on both top and bottom. The warmup bib is a much lighter scrimmage-only pull-over that goes ON TOP of an existing playing kit — order that one for low-budget intramural setups, training-only scrimmages, or when you just need to mark teams without ordering second jerseys.

Tackle twill and embroidery aren't offered on this product, and the reason is mechanical not stylistic. Tackle twill numbers are sewn through the fabric with a stitched outline edge — the stitch knots would show on the opposite face when the jersey is flipped. Embroidery has the exact same problem: the back of every embroidered crest has visible bobbin thread that would sit on top of the away-side design. Screen printing only deposits ink on one face. Sublimation is the only decoration method engineered for a two-face garment because the dye becomes part of the polyester fiber of each face individually before the two panels are bonded — so home colors live fully inside one face, away colors live fully inside the other, with zero bleed-through. For tackle twill or embroidered detailing, order a standard single-side soccer uniform instead.

These are NOT worn inside-out. A reversible jersey is two finished outside-facing layers sewn together along the hems, sleeves, neck, and seams — both sides are designed to face out. To flip, the player pulls the jersey off, turns it so the other color is facing out, and pulls it back on. The interior surface a player sees while pulling it on is just the back of the other design (same polyester face, just oriented away from view). For mid-rotation flips during scrimmages this takes ~10 seconds; during sanctioned matches FIFA Law 4 governs jersey changes and a reversible flip would typically need to happen on the touchline at the referee's discretion (the same restriction that applies to any kit change).

Sublimation on both faces of the jersey: home colors, club crest, player names, player numbers, sponsor marks, gradients, patterns, and full color builds — applied to each face independently before the two panels are assembled. Many teams run the same number on both sides for player consistency; others run different number schemes per side for league-vs-scrimmage clarity.
