It's a ~160 GSM 60/40 poly-cotton blend — poly-dominant, which is exactly what lets full-color sublimation bond into the fabric so designs don't crack, peel, or fade. The cotton content keeps the tee soft against skin for all-day wear. A cotton-only tee couldn't sublimate the way this one does — that's why the blend is poly-led. The cut is a relaxed crew neck built for warmups, travel, and post-match wear without restricting movement.

Three methods: full-color sublimation handles team colorways, all-over photo designs, and tour artwork; embroidery delivers a dimensional chest crest or sleeve patch for a club-issued look; and screen printing handles bold sponsor marks and large-format graphics. We don't put tackle twill on the tees — sewn-on twill is heavy and stiff on a soft training tee and isn't how this product is built. All included methods are covered in the flat per-shirt price.
