There's no minimum order quantity for the Custom Rugby Polo Shirts — order as few as 1 polo for a player, coach, or club member, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+) for lower per-polo pricing as your order grows. Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes (Youth YS-YXL through adult XS-4XL) and mixed colorways are welcome within a single order at no extra cost.

Standard production and delivery is 3 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup — that timeline includes design creation, decoration, quality inspection, and shipping to your door. Rush production is available for tour, tournament, or season deadlines — contact us before ordering to confirm an expedited timeline.

Three methods at one flat per-polo price on the ~210 GSM 60/40 poly-cotton pique: sublimation dye-fuses team colors, color-blocking, and gradient graphics into the poly-dominant pique; embroidery adds raised stitched chest crests, sleeve sponsors, and program badges; and screen printing handles bold opaque marks. Tackle twill is intentionally skipped on the polo — the narrow chest field is interrupted by the three-button placket, and felt lettering reads bulky on the structured pique. Twill is reserved for the game jersey back numbers. No setup fees, no per-color charges, no per-placement embroidery upcharges.

The poly-dominant 60/40 pique is the deliberate club-polo choice. The polyester majority lets us sublimate full-color team graphics, color-blocking, and hoops permanently into the fabric (pure cotton pique doesn't take dye-sublimation cleanly — the print sits on top and washes off). The 40% cotton content gives the polo a softer hand-feel for sideline and post-match wear and reduces the static and clammy feel of pure polyester. The ~210 GSM weight is the classic club-polo standard — substantial enough to hold its shape under embroidery and through repeated wash cycles.

Embroidery is the standard club-polo finish and we'll place it where the design calls for it: left chest is the classic crest position (above the heart, clear of the three-button placket); right chest is common for sponsor badges; sleeve cuffs work for league marks or secondary sponsors; back yoke is available for tour names, event dates, or program wordmarks. All placements are included in the flat per-polo price — no per-placement embroidery upcharge.
