It's a ~160 GSM 60/40 poly-cotton blend — poly-dominant, which is exactly what lets full-color sublimation bond into the fabric, so there is no print layer to crack or peel. The cotton content keeps the tee soft against skin for long bus rides and all-day wear. A cotton-only long-sleeve couldn't sublimate the way this one does. The crew neck cut layers cleanly under a jersey, hoodie, or rain jacket on cold training mornings.

Three methods: full-color sublimation handles team colorways, sleeve graphics, and all-over designs; embroidery delivers a dimensional chest crest or sleeve patch for a club-issued look; and screen printing handles bold sponsor marks. We don't put tackle twill on the tees — sewn-on twill is heavy and stiff on a soft training tee and isn't how this product is built. Sublimation is included in the per-shirt price; your quote shows the price for embroidery and screen printing.
