Compression shirts are decorated by sublimation only. The 88/12 poly-spandex knit stretches four ways and is worn skin-tight under the singlet, so sewn-on methods fail here: tackle twill and embroidery crack and pucker as the fabric stretches and press uncomfortably against the body under a tight singlet, and screen-printed ink chips on heavy-stretch knit. Sublimation dye-fuses the design into the fabric itself, so the team colorway, logo, and number move with the shirt, and there is no print layer to crack or peel.

Choose the short-sleeve shirt for warm practice rooms and summer wrestling camps — it vents heat during high-output drilling. Choose the long-sleeve version for cold gyms, early-season conditioning, and full-arm coverage. Both are the same 88/12 poly-spandex compression knit, and both are coming soon. This is the same sublimation-only approach we use on the singlet and the compression shorts, which is what lets all three pieces color-match exactly.
The shirts will come in Youth YS through Adult 4XL, so the same matched look fits youth-club wrestlers through heavyweight adults on one roster. Compression gear is meant to fit snug, so size to the wrestler's chest measurement rather than sizing up.
