Full-zip warmup jacket is the structured ~240 GSM woven-shell jacket — heavier, the matched top to the warmup pant, the core mat-entrance program-identity piece. Quarter-zip warmup jacket is the same heavier woven shell with a collar-only zip — pulls over the head, more streamlined athletic look. Most programs run the full-zip warmup jacket + pant as the core sideline set and add the lightweight track jacket as the travel-day / outdoor layer.

The lightweight track jacket solves a different problem than the warmup jacket. It's a thin wind-resistant woven polyester shell (~120-150 GSM) that blocks cold and wind without the bulk of a full warmup jacket, and it stuffs into a backpack so a wrestler can carry it to outdoor weigh-ins, travel days, and away meets where lugging the heavier warmup jacket isn't practical. The breathable mesh lining prevents heat buildup during walkouts and outdoor pre-match prep — a solid-lined jacket would trap heat and sweat. Side pockets carry the meet essentials (phone, earbuds, ID) that a compression layer can't hold. It's the program-identity layer for everywhere the heavier jacket gets left in the locker room — color-matched to the team singlet and warmup kit when ordered together.

Three decoration methods work cleanly on the lightweight wind-shell: sublimation dye-fuses the team colorway across every panel with no added weight (the right primary method for a packable jacket), embroidery delivers a dimensional chest crest with the breathable mesh lining hiding the stitch backing, and screen printing handles bold single-color logos. Tackle twill — sewn-on raised fabric letters and numbers — isn't run on the track jacket because the heavy patches add weight and bulk that fight the packable lightweight purpose of a wind-shell, and the stitching can pull and distort the thin fabric over time. Tackle twill is reserved for the heavier woven warmup jacket, which has the structured fabric to hold it. All three methods on the track jacket are included in the per-jacket price with no setup or color-count fees.
