The sleeveless jersey is the standard uniform cut in competitive volleyball, the style club directors default to, high school programs reorder every fall, and players expect when the uniform bag opens on the first day of the season.
HAMCO builds each jersey from scratch at our own production facility on ~160 GSM polyester knit with 4-way stretch performance fabric, full panel-to-panel sublimation, and player names and numbers included at no extra cost — no forms, no quote requests, no waiting on a rep to respond before you can see what it costs. Libero contrast color available alongside the team colorway to satisfy USAV / NFHS Rule 4 uniform-distinction requirements. Free shipping on every order.
Every tier price below is all-in per jersey. Names, numbers, team logos, a 12-hour mockup, and shipping are included. No setup fees, no minimums, no add-ons at checkout.

Four decoration methods carry on volleyball sleeveless performance jerseys: full-panel sublimation builds the team colorway (and any contrasting libero color per USAV / NFHS Rule 4) across chest, sides, and back; tackle twill anchors raised stitched player names and numbers on the back panel; embroidery delivers a dimensional crest on the chest; screen printing handles opaque sponsor marks. All decoration is included in the per-jersey price with no setup fees.

Full-panel team colorway, contrasting libero colorway, side panels, and back graphics dye-fused permanently into the 4-way stretch polyester. Unlimited colors at the same per-jersey price; the design never cracks, peels, or fades through a full competitive season.

Sewn-on raised letters and numbers across the back panel — the dimensional player-name and number finish that reads from across the gym. Polyester back panel holds the stitching cleanly through full-season match rotation.

Dimensional stitched crest or team mark on the chest panel — the premium raised finish for program identity. Threads sit flush in the polyester knit and hold shape through repeated washings.

Opaque sponsor marks and secondary placements on chest or sides. Cost-effective option for single-color bold graphics on top of the sublimated base.

Everything you need to know about Custom Volleyball Sleeveless Jerseys
Sleeveless is the cut that competitive volleyball has converged on over the last 15 years for three reasons. First, range of motion: open armhole with no seam pulling against the swing means full shoulder extension on attacks, overhead serves, and overhead sets — the actions that decide most volleyball points. Second, thermal management: indoor gym matches generate a lot of body heat, and the bare-shoulder construction with moisture-wicking polyester dries faster between rallies than a sleeved cut. Third, the layering option: sleeveless jerseys are intentionally cut so players who want arm coverage can layer compression arm sleeves underneath, while players who don't can go bare. That dual-mode flexibility is why club directors default to sleeveless, high school programs reorder it every fall, and athletes expect it when the uniform bag opens on day one. Other cuts (cap-sleeve, racerback, short-sleeve, long-sleeve) exist for programs with specific style or position preferences, but sleeveless remains the safe, universally-accepted standard.
Yes — and the sleeveless cut is intentionally sized to accommodate this. The open armhole sits high enough on the shoulder that a compression arm sleeve (volleyball arm sleeve, sun-protection sleeve, or thermal compression sleeve) layers cleanly underneath without bunching or interfering with the jersey's silhouette. Many players who serve heavy spin or want extra forearm protection wear a compression arm sleeve on the hitting arm only; some teams order matching team-color arm sleeves alongside the jerseys for a coordinated look. Important note: do NOT confuse volleyball arm sleeves with basketball shooting sleeves — these are different products. Volleyball arm sleeves are full-arm coverage compression sleeves with light forearm padding for floor-receive impact; basketball shooting sleeves are designed for a different sport context. Order the matching team-color arm sleeves through our custom arm sleeves catalog if you want a coordinated team look.
The athletic-cut armhole is sized for full shoulder mobility — open enough that the attack-and-serve motion clears the seam, fitted enough that the side panel stays in position during dives and lateral saves. Our size chart includes armhole circumference measurements so you can verify fit before ordering a full team batch; sample jerseys are available if you want to confirm fit on one player before scaling. For libero contrast: USAV and NFHS Rule 4 require the libero to wear a uniform that contrasts clearly with the rest of the team. The sleeveless jersey ships in a contrasting color alongside any size team order (1 libero jersey + 11 standard jerseys, for example) without a separate process or price penalty. The contrasting jersey is built from the same fabric, the same construction, and the same decoration package as the rest of the team's jerseys — the only difference is the sublimated colorway. Decoration placement is unrestricted across the chest, side panels, and back panel — tackle twill player names and numbers sit on the back below the neckline; embroidered crest sits on the chest panel; screen-printed sponsor marks sit on the chest or sides.
There's no minimum order quantity for the Custom Volleyball Sleeveless Jerseys — order as few as 1 jersey, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+ jerseys) for lower per-jersey pricing as your order grows. Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes are welcome within a single order at no extra cost — youth and adult sizes all ship together at the same per-jersey tier price.
Standard production time is 2-4 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping. We also offer rush production for urgent orders — contact us to discuss expedited timelines. Tracking information is provided once your order ships so you know exactly when to expect delivery.
