Custom Volleyball Poly-Spandex Shorts

Three different volleyball shorts for three different roles on the roster. Poly-spandex compression shorts (this product) are the fitted, body-conforming option — the cut conforms to the body and stays in position through dives, lateral saves, and back-to-back floor contacts that shift a standard short out of place mid-point. Athletic shorts are the loose-fit, pocket-ready option that covers men's programs, co-ed leagues, and youth teams who want real coverage and a drawstring fit (9-11 inch inseam, deep side pockets, elastic waistband with internal drawstring). Competition shorts are the mid-length match-day cut between the two — fitted enough to stay in position but with a slightly longer inseam than compression. Pick compression for a fitted cut, athletic for a loose fit with pockets, and competition for the in-between cut. The decoration carries identically across all three — sublimation, embroidery, and screen printing options are the same on every cut.

Yes. Under NFHS high school rules, a visible undergarment under the uniform bottom must be plain, in one solid color close to the main color of the uniform bottom, or solid black, white or gray, and the whole team wears the same color. USA Volleyball's 2026-27 sheet asks that all uniform bottoms are the same color (the libero can differ). Rules change by season, so check your league's current rule book. We can make the compression shorts in one plain color for the whole roster, or sublimated in your team design to wear as the uniform bottom itself.

Three decoration methods on volleyball poly-spandex compression shorts: sublimation (full-panel team colorway, side-panel graphics, and player numbers dye-fused into the poly-spandex knit), embroidery (dimensional stitched crest or initials on the hip band above the high-flex zone), and screen printing (opaque single-color sponsor marks on the hip band or waistband). Tackle twill is not offered on compression shorts — the body-conforming poly-spandex fabric flexes too much for stitched-on patches.
