Because the fabric is a breathable micro-mesh, often built reversible. Sewn-on tackle twill and embroidery can't anchor cleanly on open mesh and would penetrate through to the opposite face on a reversible, and screen-printed ink sits poorly on mesh. Sublimation dye-fuses the club crest, colors, and squad numbers into the fabric itself — on one face or both — so the design moves with the jersey and never cracks, peels, or fades through dozens of weekly washes.

The practice jersey is a lighter, more breathable micro-mesh built for daily training volume, conditioning, and scrimmages, with a reversible option for sorting sides. The match jerseys — round neck, V-neck, and the traditional collared styles — are a heavier ~220-240 GSM tight-weave shell built for game-day contact and carry the full four decoration methods including an embroidered crest and sewn numbers. Most clubs order practice jerseys in volume for training and a separate match kit for game day.
