A reversible gives you two colorways in one garment so you can split a squad for opposed sessions and scrimmages without ordering a second set. Flip the jersey and one group is light, the other dark. Both faces are sublimated, so the design is printed into the fabric on each side.

Most clubs order practice jerseys in volume for training and a separate match kit for game day.
