Custom Ice Hockey Beanies

The Custom Ice Hockey Beanies come in cuffed, uncuffed, slouch, and pom-pom styles, so players, coaches, parents, and fans can each pick the look they like. The knit is one-size-fits-all with the stretch to fit most adults comfortably, and youth sizing is available — all at no upcharge on any size. Mixed styles and youth/adult combinations are welcome within a single order, which makes the beanies an easy add-on for the whole program.

Beanies are decorated with embroidery or a woven/embroidered patch, not sublimation. The acrylic knit will not take sublimation (that process needs a polyester fabric), and tackle twill is reserved for the heavier game jerseys. Embroidery stitches a crisp team crest directly into the cuff or front panel and holds detail through repeated machine washing; a woven patch is the better choice for detailed, layered, multi-color logos and sponsor marks. Sublimated names, numbers and logos are included in the per-beanie price with no setup fees and no per-color charges.

Yes — the soft acrylic knit is warm without being bulky, which makes the beanies ideal for cold arenas, parking-lot loading, and tournament travel. An optional fleece lining is available for an extra layer of warmth around the forehead and ears in the coldest rinks. Free shipping is included on every US order, regardless of size.
