Three things differentiate the Professional tier from the basic Football Uniform Sets: (1) Heavyweight premium-denier polyester instead of standard performance polyester — denser fabric weight for pro-grade hand feel and multi-season durability; (2) NFHS and NCAA spec construction — built to high school varsity, college club, semi-pro, and tournament play standards including pad-pocket reinforcement and league-compliant numbering; and (3) Custom sizing standard — when stock YS through Adult 4XL doesn't fit your roster, we cut to per-player measurements at no upcharge. Pricing reflects that: Professional sets run $89.99-$99.99 vs $46.99-$54.99 for the basic uniform sets. Most varsity-program-and-up teams choose Professional; rec leagues and youth programs typically pick the basic Uniform Sets.

NFHS (National Federation of State High School Associations) and NCAA compliance means the uniform construction and design conventions meet the spec your league requires for sanctioned play: number height (8 inches minimum on the front, 10 inches on the back), color contrast between numbers and jersey body for ref readability, sleeve and shoulder coverage for pad fit, and pant length and knee-pad pocket placement. We design to spec by default — if your conference has a specific sub-rule (e.g., a state association tweaks the number-height requirement), tell us at design submission and we'll adjust the mockup before production. We don't certify uniforms ourselves; we build to the published spec, and your AD/coach handles the league filing.

Custom sizing is included at no upcharge on the Professional tier (basic Uniform Sets ship in stock YS through Adult 4XL only). Submit per-player measurements (chest, waist, inseam, sleeve length, shoulder width) on the size sheet during design submission, and we cut each player's jersey and pants to those measurements. Typical use: linemen who need shoulder-pad clearance beyond stock 4XL, kickers and skill players who want a fitted cut, or programs ordering for international rosters where stock US sizing doesn't translate. We recommend custom sizing for at least your interior linemen on a varsity program; most other positions land in stock sizing fine. Mixed orders (some custom, some stock) are welcome at no extra cost.

There's no minimum order quantity for the Custom Professional Football Uniforms — order as few as 1 set for an individual player, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+) for lower per-item pricing as your order grows. Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes (including custom-sized players) are welcome within a single order at no extra cost.

Standard production time for your custom Professional Football Uniforms is 3 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping to your location. Both jersey and pants run through the same production line on the same day so the color match is guaranteed. Sublimation handles the all-over body design (your full team colors, gradient patterns, and sleeve stripes printed across both jersey and pants with no per-color upcharge). Tackle twill provides sewn-on jersey numbers with the classic varsity-program look — the standard finish for high school varsity, college club, and semi-pro programs. Embroidery gives crisp, raised player names above the back number, sponsor patches, and captain's marks. Screen printing covers simpler logos and contrast-color branding cost-effectively. Our design team will create a free mockup matched to your team colors so you can approve every method-and-element pairing before production begins.
