Custom Football Full Zip Hoodies

Full-zip hoodies offer distinct advantages for football programs: faster on/off without pulling over the head (useful for staff in headsets and players going between bench and field), adjustable ventilation by partially unzipping when warming up, and a cleaner athletic look on the sideline. Pullovers are warmer (no zipper opening) and a bit cheaper. For most varsity programs we recommend the full-zip as the staff and bench-rotation hoodie, with a pullover option as the 'thermal' upgrade for cold-weather games and travel. Many programs order both — full-zips for the staff and starters, pullovers for the bench rotation.

The Custom Football Full Zip Hoodie uses a heavy-duty molded YKK-style zipper with a locking pull and a chin-garage tab at the top. The locking pull keeps the zipper from sliding open during sideline movement; the chin garage is the small fabric tab tucked behind the pull at the top of the placket so the metal doesn't rub the chin or jaw when the hoodie is fully zipped. The full-length zipper is rated for 10,000+ open/close cycles — well beyond what a sideline hoodie sees across multiple seasons.

The Custom Football Full Zip Hoodie has two zippered side pockets — one on each side at hand-warmer height. The zippered closure means phones, keys, and small valuables stay secure during sideline movement, on the bench, and through travel days, unlike a classic kangaroo pouch that lets contents slide out when you bend forward. The pockets are sized to fit a standard smartphone (including larger phones with cases), team keys, a wallet, and gloves. We can add a chest pocket on request — tell us at design submission and we'll lay it into the mockup.

There's no minimum order quantity for the Custom Football Full Zip Hoodies — order as few as 1 hoodie for an individual coach or supporter, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+) for lower per-item pricing as your order grows. Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes are welcome within a single order at no extra cost.

Standard production time for your custom Football Full Zip Hoodies is 3 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping to your location. Cotton-blend fleece hoodies are decorated with three methods: embroidery for crisp dimensional team logos, school crests, and supporter names; tackle twill for sewn-on heavyweight letter and number panels (the heritage varsity-program look); and screen printing for cost-effective single-color graphics across the back or chest. Sublimation is not offered on this product — sublimation needs poly-heavy fabric to bond into, and our 80/20 cotton-poly fleece is too cotton-heavy for sublimation to take cleanly. The methods we DO offer are stronger on cotton blends than sublimation would be anyway. Our design team will create a free mockup so you can approve every method-and-element pairing before production begins.
