The TAPERED JOGGER cut narrows from knee to ankle and finishes with an elastic cuff that sits at the ankle bone. This is the current default for varsity programs — looks sharp on travel days, sits clean on top of athletic shoes, and doesn't drag on the ground. The STRAIGHT LEG cut runs straight from hip to ankle with no taper and an open hem. Better for over-cleat wear (the leg opening clears a standard football cleat), warmups on the field, and traditional sweatsuit silhouette. Most programs pick one cut for the whole roster for visual consistency, but mixed cuts are welcome within a single order at no extra cost (e.g., joggers for travel/staff, straight legs for field use).

Pair them with the matching pullover hoodie (for the bench rotation), full-zip hoodie (for sideline staff), or quarter-zip pullover (for coaches and AD-facing staff) for a full sweatsuit look. The design files are color-matched at production so blacks read black across pieces, whites match, and the team color stays consistent across the line. The Custom Football Sweatpants use a wide elastic waistband with an internal drawstring — the elastic gives initial fit, the drawstring locks it down for active use. For TRAVEL DAYS (bus rides, recruiting visits, post-game press): elastic alone is comfortable; loosen the drawstring or leave it tied at the front for the relaxed sweatsuit look. For PRACTICE AND WARMUPS: cinch the drawstring tight to keep the pants secure during walkthroughs, dynamic warmups, and stretching sequences — the pants stay put when players go into 3-point stance or lateral shuffle. The drawstring is the visible team-color cord on the front of the waistband. Deep side pockets with reinforced stitching hold phones, keys, and wallets on travel days without sagging or tearing under load.

The leg side and hip are the typical branding surfaces — used for a vertical team name wordmark, school crest, or program number.
