When players walk into a tournament venue and remove the jacket for opening warmups, the jacket sling-carried over a shoulder still reads as a structured garment with the team colors visible. A cotton-fleece hoodie balled up under a player's arm reads as a casual layer; the woven jacket reads as program identity.
