The visor is a performance polyester with a moisture-wicking sweatband, a structured front panel, and a curved sun brim. It's decorated two ways: full dye-sublimation fuses the team colorway, color-blocking, and patterns permanently into the poly panel, and embroidery adds a dimensional stitched logo or monogram on the structured front. Sewn-on tackle twill and screen printing are not used on the visor — twill is too bulky on a curved panel and screen ink does not lay cleanly over a sweatband-backed brim. All decoration is included in the per-visor price with no setup fees, and it's designed to match your jersey, pants, and sock colorway exactly.
