Custom Softball Backpacks

The backpack is built as a full softball gear-day bag. It has a dedicated bat sleeve along the side that secures bats so they don't rattle loose in transit, an isolated bottom shoe compartment that keeps dirty cleats away from clean uniforms and gloves, a main gear pocket sized for a glove, helmet, and folded uniform, accessory pockets for smaller items, and side water bottle pockets. The shell is a heavy-duty 600D polyester with bartack-reinforced stitching at every stress point and a padded ergonomic back panel and shoulder straps for daily carry. It is designed to be the one bag a player grabs for practice and tournaments — everything in one place, organized, and built to hold up through a full season of being thrown in and out of dugouts and car trunks.

The 600D polyester shell takes three decoration methods cleanly: full-panel sublimation (the team colorway, logos, and player names dye-fused across the whole bag), embroidery (a raised stitched logo on the front pocket), and screen printing (bold opaque marks). Tackle twill is the one method we do NOT use on a bag — sewn felt/twill lettering belongs on a jersey back panel, where the fabric is a flat single layer built to hold stitching. A backpack shell is load-bearing and multi-layered with foam padding and pocket seams behind it, and stitching heavy twill letters through it would compromise the panel's durability and water resistance. Anything you'd want as tackle twill on a jersey — a team name or player name — is sublimated or embroidered on the bag instead, which is cleaner and more durable on this fabric. All three bag methods are included in the per-bag price with no setup fee.

The backpack (this product) is the everyday gear bag — bat sleeve, shoe compartment, and gear pockets in a structured 600D shell worn on the back; the right choice for the player who carries their own full kit to every practice and game. The cinch bag is the lightweight day-trip option — a simple drawstring sack for a glove, a pair of cleats, and a water bottle, ideal as a second bag or for younger players with less gear. The wheeled bag is the heavy-hauler — a rolling bag with a telescoping handle for carrying a full equipment load (multiple bats, catcher's gear, team equipment) without putting it on your back, the choice for coaches and players hauling the most gear. All three are 600D polyester, all three sublimate to match the team design, and all three are one-size. Many programs order backpacks for the roster and a wheeled bag or two for team equipment.

There's no minimum order quantity for the Custom Softball Backpacks — order as few as 1, or scale up through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+) for lower per-bag pricing as your order grows. Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Backpacks are one-size, so there is no sizing chart to coordinate — every player on the roster gets the same bag.

Standard production time is 2-4 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping.
