The full-zip hoodie has a hood plus a full front zip — the easiest on-off (no pulling over the head, good when a player is already in a cap or has wet hair) and the most versatile worn open or closed, but the front zip splits the chest so a large center graphic has to work around it. The crewneck sweatshirt has no hood and no zip — the cleanest, slimmest silhouette and the most classic collegiate look, best for layering under a jacket. Most programs pick the pullover hoodie or crewneck for the cleanest team-graphic canvas, and the full-zip when players value the convenience of a zipper. All three carry the same screen printing, embroidery, and tackle twill decoration.

No — dye-sublimation requires a high-polyester fabric because it dyes polyester fibers and does not bond to cotton. Our pullover hoodies are a cotton-rich cotton-poly fleece (chosen for warmth and the classic hoodie hand-feel), so they are decorated with the three methods built for fleece: screen printing (bold opaque front-chest graphics and wordmarks — the most cost-effective and most common), embroidery (a dimensional stitched crest or logo), and tackle twill (classic sewn felt/twill letters and numbers). All three are durable through repeated washing. An all-over sublimated print requires a high-polyester garment — our jerseys and bags are sublimated; the fleece hoodie is not. For nearly every team hoodie order, a screen-printed or tackle-twill team graphic across the chest is exactly the look programs want.

The pullover hoodie has an adjustable drawstring hood (a double-layer hood with a flat drawstring that cinches for cold-weather coverage) and a kangaroo front pocket — a single open pouch across the front for hand warmth and a place to stash a phone or batting gloves between innings. Because it is a pullover, there is no zipper, so the front panel is one continuous canvas. Player names and numbers are an optional add-on, applied in tackle twill or embroidery; many programs run the team name or logo on the chest and add an optional player name on the back or a number on the sleeve. Mixed personalization (some hoodies with player names, some plain) is fine within a single order. Note that primary uniform names and numbers belong on the game jersey per uniform-rule convention — names on a hoodie are a team-spirit extra, not a uniform requirement.
