Custom Softball Full-Zip Hoodies

All three are the same cotton-poly fleece; the choice is convenience versus graphic canvas. The full-zip hoodie (this product) has a full-length front zipper, so it zips on and off over a cap, visor, or bun without pulling anything over the head, and it can be worn open when warm or zipped when cold — the most versatile and convenient layer. The trade-off: the front zip splits the chest, so a large center graphic has to be placed on the left chest, the back, or the sleeves instead of across the center. The pullover hoodie has a hood and kangaroo pocket with no zip — a full uninterrupted front canvas for a big center graphic, but you pull it over your head. The crewneck sweatshirt has no hood and no zip — the cleanest, slimmest silhouette and the most classic look. Programs that value quick layer swaps (especially players in caps or with their hair up) choose the full-zip; programs that want a big front-and-center team graphic choose the pullover or crewneck.

The full-zip hoodie uses a smooth full-length front zipper with a chin garage (a small fabric flap at the top that keeps the zipper pull off the chin and neck). The zipper runs the full length of the front so the hoodie opens completely and can be worn fully open, half-zipped, or fully closed. It is a standard reverse-coil athletic zipper built to hold up through a full season of daily on-off; if you have a specific zipper-hardware requirement for a team order, raise it in the design conversation and we will confirm what is available before production. The zip is the defining feature of this layer versus the pullover hoodie — it is what lets a player zip on and off over a cap or bun without disturbing it.

The front zip splits the chest into left and right panels, so decoration is placed to work with that rather than across the center seam. The most common layout is a left-chest logo or team mark (screen-printed or embroidered) with a larger graphic, player name, or number across the back. Sleeves are also available for a secondary mark or a player number. We do not run a single large graphic across the center front on a full-zip because the zipper would cut through it — if a program wants a big front-and-center team graphic, the pullover hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt (both zipper-free) is the better canvas. As with all our fleece layers, the full-zip is decorated with screen printing, embroidery, and tackle twill (not dye-sublimation, which requires a high-polyester fabric); all three are included in the per-hoodie price.

Free shipping is included on every order, regardless of size. Mixed sizes are welcome within a single order at no extra cost — youth and adult (through 4XL) sizes all ship together at the same per-hoodie tier price.

Standard production time is 2-4 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping. Three decoration methods on the cotton-poly fleece full-zip hoodie: screen printing (bold opaque left-chest or back team graphics and wordmarks), embroidery (dimensional stitched left-chest crest or logo), and tackle twill (classic sewn felt/twill player names and numbers across the back or a sleeve mark). The hoodie is not dye-sublimated — that method is reserved for our high-polyester jerseys and bags — and designs are placed to work around the front zip.
