Our custom hockey socks are made from 160 GSM polyester mesh, the same type of mesh as our hockey jerseys in a lighter sock weight. Because socks and jerseys are both sublimated polyester mesh, they take the dye the same way, so your team colors come out in the same shade on both. Socks are fully dye-sublimated, so any customization is possible: stripes, logos, player names and numbers. The mesh is breathable and dries quickly between periods and between games.
No. They are an open tube with no foot, like a traditional hockey sock. Players wear their own skate socks underneath, pull the hockey sock on over the shin guards, and hold it up with a garter or sock tape.
