Tested fit confirmed for the major modern tackle football shells: Riddell SpeedFlex, Riddell Axiom, Schutt F7, Schutt Vengeance, Vicis Zero series, Light Helmets LS series. The compression stretch conforms to head shape without pressure points or slippage during reps. Important: a skull cap does NOT modify the helmet's NOCSAE certification or replace the helmet's foam liner — it sits inside the existing fit as a sweat-and-hygiene layer.

Adult: S (21.5"-22"), M (22"-22.5"), L (22.5"-23"), XL (23"-23.5"). The compression stretch gives ~1 inch of comfortable conform, so when in doubt, size down for a snugger fit under the helmet (a loose cap shifts and bunches under pads). Most varsity programs order one size for skill positions (typically M), one for linemen (typically L or XL), and a few outliers in YL/S and XXL on request.
