Custom Soccer Lightweight Rain Jackets

The jacket uses a 100% polyester ripstop shell with a DWR (durable water repellent) coating and taped seams — that's the standard build that performs as waterproof through moderate-to-heavy rain over a 90-minute match, not just light drizzle. Standing under driving rain for hours will eventually wet out the shell (no consumer rain jacket avoids that), but for a soccer match in active rain conditions, the keeper and outfield staff stay dry. The DWR coating refreshes after every few wash cycles with a spray-on revitalizer if rain protection weakens over time.

Each jacket folds down to roughly the size of a t-shirt and fits inside a soccer duffle bag, backpack, or kit bag alongside the rest of the match-day gear. Packability is the whole point of a lightweight rain shell — the team carries it on every away trip and tournament weekend regardless of forecast, so when weather turns mid-day, the jacket is already in the bag instead of back at the hotel. Many keepers and outfield substitutes leave one folded under the bench permanently.

Three different conditions, three different jackets. The rain jacket is the wet-weather layer — wear it for active or imminent rain, regardless of temperature. The track jacket is the cool-and-dry layer — wear it at 50-65°F when the team needs a sideline shell but it's not raining. The bench jacket is the cold-weather layer — wear it below 35°F for warmth over an insulated kit. Many programs order all three on the same color file so the team can layer up or down per condition. For sub-30°F sidelines with rain, layer the bench jacket over the rain shell.

Three decoration methods on rain jackets: sublimation (full-panel club colors and crests dye-fused into the shell), embroidery (crisp dimensional crest at the chest and sleeve patches), and screen printing (opaque sponsor marks and secondary placements). Tackle twill isn't offered on this jacket — heavyweight sewn-on patches defeat the packable lightweight design.
