The duffle is built on a heavy-duty 600D water-resistant polyester shell with reinforced stitching at every high-stress point, durable zipper hardware at every closure, and bartack-reinforced strap anchors. It is built to take dugout floors, wet sidelines, and back-of-coach travel through a full club season, and to keep its shape across multiple seasons of road trips and tournaments. The water-resistant outer shell protects the contents from damp pitches and brief rain in transit (it is not fully waterproof — it is a tournament duffle, not a dry bag).

Three decoration methods on the 600D polyester shell: full-panel sublimation saturates the team colorway, color-blocking, and patterns permanently across the bag panels; embroidery delivers a dimensional stitched team crest, club logo, or player name on a front panel; screen printing handles bold opaque team logos and sponsor wordmarks. Sewn-on tackle twill is skipped on the duffle — it belongs on the jersey, not on a load-bearing 600D shell where sewn felt would compromise panel durability. All decoration is included in the per-bag price with no setup fees.

Yes. Individual player names are included at no extra charge, so every bag is personalized — no mix-up in the locker room or on the road. Names are added by embroidery (a dimensional stitched finish that reads as a serious program) or screen printing (a flat opaque finish for a more uniform team look); we will recommend the method that pairs best with the rest of the team kit. You send the roster with the design mockup, and we mock up each bag with its name before production begins.

There's no minimum order — order as few as 1 bag, or scale to the full club through our volume tiers (1-24, 25-50, 51-100, and 101-500+) for lower per-bag pricing as your order grows, with free shipping on every order. Duffles are one-size at one flat price per bag, with no setup or design fees. They pair with the cinch bag and the team uniform to round out the full kit.

Standard production time is 3 weeks from the time you approve the final design mockup. This includes design creation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and shipping.
