Our standard fleece is mid-weight (~280-320 GSM) — warm enough for cold-gym warmups, outdoor early-morning practices, and pregame travel without overheating during indoor warmups. The brushed fleece interior traps body heat while the outer face stays smooth for clean decoration. If your team needs extra warmth for outdoor winter use, we can quote heavier-weight fleece on request. For purely indoor use, the standard weight is the sweet spot for most programs.
Material pick depends on your decoration goal: 100% polyester for full-color dye sublimation (graphics built into the fabric, no print layer to crack or peel); 100% cotton for screen printing (best ink adhesion and the classic soft-cotton hand-feel); cotton-polyester blend for tackle twill and embroidery (durable base for stitched-on letters and numbers). Our fleece is brushed and pre-shrunk to minimize pilling — wash inside-out cold, tumble dry low, and skip fabric softener for the longest life. Polyester pills less than cotton over time, but proper care extends the life of any fabric choice.
