Most players report no skin marks on standard fits; for very tight fits or sweat-heavy practices the band can leave a faint imprint similar to a sock cuff that fades within minutes. If a player is between sizes, sizing up reduces grip pressure on the bicep.

Each unit is one (1) sleeve. Sleeves are priced and shipped per-sleeve so players who only wear one (typically the shooting-arm sleeve) aren't paying for a pair they don't need. We size by upper-arm circumference (bicep), not by jersey size or arm length. Youth runs roughly 9-11 inches bicep, Adult S/M roughly 11-13 inches, Adult L/XL roughly 13-15 inches, Adult 2XL 15+ inches. The four-way stretch fabric absorbs about an inch of tolerance in either direction so most players land cleanly inside one size. We send a free professional mockup with the size guide before production so you can confirm fit per player before any sleeve is sublimated. Mixed sizes within a single team order are no extra cost.

Your team colors, logo, player numbers, and full design wrap the entire sleeve and become part of the fabric structure — sublimation cannot crack, peel, or fade through repeated wash cycles. Tackle twill, embroidery, screen printing, and heat-transfer vinyl all crack on four-way stretch knit, so we don't offer them on this product.
