1. Agreement to Terms

2. Products and Services

HAMCO Sports Inc. provides custom sports uniforms, apparel, and related products. All products are custom-made to order based on customer specifications.

• All designs and specifications must be approved by the customer before production begins
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and printing processes
• Size charts are provided as guidelines; we recommend ordering samples for precise fitting

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Placement

Orders are confirmed once payment is received and design approval is obtained. No minimum order quantity is required for most products.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment or deposit is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated

3.3 Design Approval

Customers must approve digital mockups before production. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees or delays.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard production time is 3-4 weeks after design approval
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order size
• HAMCO Sports Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors on our part
• Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
• Photos of defects must be provided for review
• Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion after review

6. Intellectual Property

• Customers must have rights to any logos, images, or designs submitted for production
• HAMCO Sports Inc. is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement by customers
• We reserve the right to refuse orders that may infringe on intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

HAMCO Sports Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
